Milamore is not mass-produced, and we take pride in creating each piece by hand. While we do our best to accommodate delivery requests, please note that orders that are not in stock may be subject to the availability of raw materials, production, and delivery schedules.

At Milamore Fine Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase or would like to exchange it, you may return it for a full refund or credit under the following conditions:

-Return the item to us within 7 business days of receipt. The item must be in its original, unaltered condition and packaging.
-Items must be without wear and in pristine condition.
-Return shipping must be covered by the customer.
-Special order items, including any alterations or modifications requested by the customer, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

GUARANTEE & REPAIRS
At Milamore Fine Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year guarantee on all of our jewelry. If you experience any defects with your purchase within one year of the date of purchase, we will repair the item free of charge, as long as the damage was not caused by misuse of the item. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee.
If you need a repair, resize, or alteration, we are happy to help at our cost. We will provide a quote for the work upon receipt of your inquiry. To request service under the guarantee or for any other repairs, please contact us via email or telephone.
