Our Process

Step 1: Share Your Vision

Share your ideas and any specific requests. We can explore bespoke carat weights, gemstone and metal variations, or thoughtfully integrate signature Milamore elements into existing designs.

Step 2: Conceptualization

Once your vision is understood, our founder George Inaki and creative team will develop a visual draft of your design. The design may be refined up to three times to ensure alignment. A design deposit of $250 to $500 is required, depending on complexity. This fee is non refundable and will be applied toward the final price should you proceed.

Step 3: Casting & Sourcing

For select bespoke designs, a hand carved silver model may be created as part of the process. Images can be provided upon request.
If a fitting is desired, the silver model may be shipped either for a scheduled appointment in New York or directly to you. After fitting, the piece is returned to Japan for completion.
A fitting deposit of $700 or more is required and will be credited toward the final cost. Diamond certificates may be issued upon request for an additional fee.

Step 4: Final Touches

Once approved, your piece enters final production. Completion typically takes six to eight weeks, depending on complexity.
Complimentary engraving is available to add a personal sentiment. Upon completion, your piece is reviewed and prepared in New York before delivery.
