STORE POLICIES

Each Milamore Fine Jewelry piece is individually handmade and production schedules attempt, as much as possible, to accommodate customer's deliver requests. However, orders not in stock are subject to the availability of raw materials, production and delivery schedules. Also, all of the jewelry is manufactured in a studio setting and features subtle variations in detail and finish from items photographed on our website.

SALES TAX
We are a New York business; sales tax will be applied if you live in the state of New York or as otherwise required by law.

RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased online or wish to exchange it, you may return it for a full refund or credit to Milamore Fine Jewelry strictly under the following conditions:
-Cancellations must be made via email or telephone within 24 hours from the date your order is received by you.
-Returns must be received by us within 7 business days of receipt of the item by you. Return shipping must be covered by the customer.
-Items must be without wear and in pristine condition.
-Returned item(s) must be in their original packaging.
-All special order sales items are final sale, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by customer. A special order includes any item(s) which has to be made especially for the customer.
-Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds or credits.
All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via UPS, Federal Express or DHL.

GUARANTEE & REPAIRS
We guarantee all jewelry against inherent defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will repair any defects free of charge, provided that the damage was not caused by the customer’s misuse of the item. Normal wear & tear is not covered by this guarantee. We provide repairs, resizing & alterations at our cost. Cost will be quoted upon receipt of your inquiry.

SPECIAL ORDERS
We try to maintain our website with currently featured items that are available in inventory. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, this is not always possible. If the piece you are interested in is out of stock, we will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date, and you can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of such notice. If you choose to go forward with your order, it will be a final sale and the above return policy will apply to your purchase. This policy also applies to any jewelry that is altered or changed pursuant to your request.

We are happy to ship worldwide. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the country which we ship to.
